Film Incentives
The film incentive "technical clean up bill" SB 556 and AB 907 did not make it to the floor for a vote. The legislature's session has ended for the year so this bill will have to be taken up again next year. According to Senator Plale's office, the Department of Commerce had issues with the bill and it will be worked on over the summer.Film Festival News
The Wisconsin Film Festival is April 3-6 in Madison, Wisconsin. Look for Song Sung Blue on Friday, April 4th and Saturday, April 5th at the Bartell Theater. The film Madison will open at the Sundance Cinema on April 25th following it's sell-out showing at the Wisconsin Film Festival.The late entry deadline for the Milwaukee International Film Festival is April 15th.
